As part of your purchase, we also include 30 days unlimited support, direct from POSitive Software.
Following the 30 day unlimited support period, you can elect to pay for support throufh POSitive or through POS911.com on an "as needed" basis at our full hourly rate.
Also available for purchase is prepaid, discounted blocks of support time that can be used towards any services listed below. There is no time limit for use and these hours do not expire. They remain in your "account" until used.
Unlike the majority of POS system vendors, we DO NOT REQUIRE you to purchase an annual support contract. If you pay $600/year for a support contract and make one call per year, that is one very expensive $600 phone call ! We only wish to be paid for the services we render ... nothing more or less. It is our experience that, after system setup and training are completed, the only reason you should have to contact us is if you are interested in checking on the state of our personal health and well-being (...and this rarely happens, so we always end up feeling cheap and used).
If, in the first 6 months of system use, you find yourself not satisfied with the system, we will refund your purchase price upon return of the hardware/software and we will absorb the labor costs. Our goal is to have only happy clients, at whatever cost.
